If you haven't read this article in the New Yorker, you ought to. Its a good look at some guys who sua sponte created something that has proven to be one of the best tools for junior officers in the Army. These guys just thought it up and did it.
This is the future of the Army.

Yes, great article. Thanks for posting it. I used to ghost on the CompanyCommand.com site when it was open, I thought it was very good stuff for juinor officers. Disclaimer, while I was a JO, I was never a commander, and I'm a tired old consultant now and therefore not welcome... :(
